The JConcepts F2 R1 R1B Mark 1 Body w/ carpet | turf | dirt LW (SCH-JC0756L) is a clear lightweight polycarbonate buggy body that includes two wings for carpet, turf and dirt racing surfaces. This 1:10 scale F2 design uses a tight profile that follows the chassis perimeter, with a slim nose shaped to pass over the top deck and under the front shock tower.
The body features the distinctive F2 cab arrangement, extra rear windows, a louvered roof and Finnisher “V” configuration. Double steps on the side pods and behind the roof create the recognisable JConcepts styling, while chamfered side pods blend into the cab. A broad rear mounting ledge provides the body mounting area, and the shell includes additional clearance around the rear spur gear guard for the R1 R1B Mark 1 platform. Suggested compatibility is with the R1 R1B Mark 1.
Features
The clear polycarbonate shell is supplied in lightweight formed thickness and arrives with protective film. Trim and window lines are scribed into the body to guide cutting and painting. The two included 6.5-inch Carpet | Turf | Dirt wings provide the wing format specified for this version. As vehicles change and evolve over the course of time, the shape of the chassis is one the major components that goes under the microscope. JConcepts kept the profile tight and bordered the chassis outline front to back. The front-end slides over the top deck and under the front tower for a clean and classic fit. The look of the Finnisher has been sampled quite a bit over the years, however, with the double steps on the side-pod and off the back of the roof, nothing quite stands out like the original.
In 1:10th buggy racing, cab placement is critical, the forward bias cab with powerful windshield angle conquers terrain ranging from dirt, sealed synthetic, carpet, to astroturf. The JConcepts body really does it all, with chamfered side-pods blended perfectly into the cab and broad rear mounting ledge, the F2 is a winner. The body includes a feature which covers the rear spur gear guard and with a little extra clearance for the occasional frills and spills.

The body includes all trim and window lines scribed on the body and masks to quickly cover the inside of the windows to perform user generated painting technique.
