KHD A3000 - WWII German Truck

The ICM KHD A3000 is a 1:35 scale plastic model kit of the Wehrmacht’s widely used 3‑tonne cargo truck. Produced from 1940 at the Klöckner‑Humboldt‑Deutz plant in Ulm, the A3000 featured a 4‑cylinder Deutz diesel engine and all‑wheel drive for enhanced off‑road performance. These trucks served across multiple theatres—including the Soviet‑German front, North Africa, Italy and France—through to the end of the war, with a total of 5,960 vehicles built between 1940 and 1944.

This ICM kit (part HC-ICM35454) focuses on accuracy and detail, offering finely rendered components throughout the chassis, engine and interior, plus a two‑version decal sheet. High‑quality sprues and clear assembly instructions support a precise and rewarding build.
