ICM Ki-21-Ia RTAF Heavy Bomber Model Kit HC-ICM72206

The ICM Ki-21-Ia RTAF - Thailands Heavy Bomber (HC-ICM72206) is a 1:72 scale plastic model kit of Thailand's Ki-21-Ia heavy bomber. The subject represents nine Nakajima-built aircraft delivered to the Royal Thai Air Force in spring 1941 and assigned to Kong Bin Koi 6, the 6th Aviation Wing. These aircraft did not take part in combat operations against France, but were later used in Burma against units of the Chinese National Army during spring 1942.

Following the retreat of Chinese forces, the Thai Ki-21-Ia aircraft undertook patrol and reconnaissance missions before later serving as training and transport aircraft. The kit contains 163 parts and includes assembly instructions, allowing the aircraft's history and service use to be represented as a display model.
