ICM’s 1:35 Lastkraftwagen 3–5 t AHN with Shelter (HC-ICM35417) captures the WWII German ambulance truck variant of Renault’s cab-over AH series. This plastic model kit features refined detail throughout, offering an engaging project for military vehicle modellers.

The Renault AHN was a 3.5-tonne-capacity truck with a 6-cylinder engine and rear-wheel drive. Designed for the French Army in 1939, production resumed under German occupation from March 1941. Widely used by Wehrmacht units through to the end of the war, around 4,000 AHN trucks were built between 1941 and 1944. Some were fitted with shelters and served as ambulance trucks, including vehicles seen in France in 1944.
