The Maverick Quantum RX Flux (MV15036X) is a purpose-built brushless rally car designed for all-terrain fun on gravel, dirt and tarmac. Built on the Quantum+ chassis with a tough 4WD shaft drivetrain, metal 4-gear differentials and a centre differential for balanced power delivery, it delivers confident handling and durable performance across a wide range of surfaces.
Power comes from a 4S LiPo-capable FLUX system pairing a waterproof 120A ESC with a 2250KV brushless motor, supported by a 15kg metal-gear, water-resistant steering servo and a 2.4GHz radio set with a waterproof receiver. Long-travel, oil-filled aluminium coilover shocks, high ground clearance and Tredz Stage belted off-road tyres on gravel rally wheels provide grip and control when the surface gets rough. The pre-cut rally body features hard plastic details including a dual-level rear wing and side mirrors for modern, high-downforce styling.

IT'S SO EASY AND FUN TO DRIVE!
To drive the QuantumRX FLUX, simply pick up the controller with your left hand, put your left index finger into the trigger area, and then put your right hand on the steering wheel – it’s as natural as driving a real car! Turn the wheel to go left and right, and gently pull on the trigger with your left index finger to go forwards. To stop the car, gently push away from you with your left index finger - then release and push away again to go into reverse. It takes seconds to get used to this easy operation, and pretty soon you'll be racing door-to-door with your friends!

An absolute beast of a car. What you get for what you pay is amazing value. A must have for all types of uses, on road and off. Excellent .

Proving to be a durable, fun and capable car. Running 3s battery is enough speed for the car. 4s is too powerful, the rear squats under power and then any input causes the car to flip. Too much power for the shocks, stock tyres and chassis to cope with, so ofcourse the 4s is a must!. A good quality, well built off road basher. Short grass, dirt and gravel all day long. Skateparks! Out of this cars depth. It will break with heavy impacts and the body is too low for this style of driving. Stay within this cars capabilities and bash away. Issues I've had: bold tyres on tarmac. pinion gear came loose. spur gear worn, replaced with a metal one. This metal gear then wore down the pinion gear. I've had damaged suspension uprights sets. I've destroyed skid plates. This car eats drive cups, drive shafts and differential shafts. But the main issue was the front drive shaft that connects to the front bearing kept coming out and leaving me without front wheel drive. I've found the centre drive shafts that have play in them due to the length, you need small washers to fit snug in the drive cups/ shafts and that will remove this play. How ever I'd say I have tested the limits of this car so don't be put off by these issues. Stay within the cars off road/rally style and it will be alot of fun, reliable and actually, a real head turner. It's quite large at 1:8.

These are around 50 mph on a 4s lipo battery and can be geared up for speed runs.
Top speed would be around 20mph.
No, not as yet you are limited to the maverick one.
You cannot run this on 6s as standard it would need a 6s motor and esc like this HW38010404
This is the same chassis as the R version so will be the same speeds, just different bodyshell and body mounts.
