Description

The Method RC Method Terraform Belted 1:8 MT Tyres On Array 17mm Rims, part number MTD1025V2, are a set of belted radio-controlled tyres and one-piece wheels for 1:8 MT vehicles. The hand-laid belt is designed to minimise tyre expansion, helping provide a more stable platform at higher speeds while reducing the gyro effect and associated load on servos, axles, plastic components and hub bearings.

The Terraform tread is intended for use across a range of surfaces, including dirt, concrete and asphalt. Its tread depth helps the tyres clear debris and supports extended wear. The rubber compound is described as a middle-ground compound for bashing, combining usable performance across different surfaces with long-wearing characteristics.

The included Array wheels use an injection-moulded one-piece design with a removable 17mm hex adaptor. Suggested compatibility with the included adaptors covers Arrma 6S Kraton, Kraton, Notorious and Fireteam models, along with the Corally Punisher, Dementor and Kronos XTR. With optional adaptors, suggested compatibility also includes the Corally Jambo, HPI Savage X, Redcat Kaiju, Traxxas MAXX and Traxxas REVO vehicles.
