ICM MiG-25 BM Soviet Strike Aircraft 1:72 Kit HC-ICM72175

The ICM MiG-25 BM - Soviet Strike Aircraft (HC-ICM72175) is a 1:72 scale plastic model kit of the MiG-25BM strike aircraft. It contains 146 parts for assembly and includes detailed instructions to guide construction. The kit is supplied with plastic sprues representing the aircraft and its distinctive anti-radar configuration.

At the end of the 1960s, the Mikoyan Design Bureau developed the MiG-25, the world’s first interceptor fighter capable of reaching Mach 3. A reconnaissance-bomber version was developed at the same time and designated the MiG-25RB. The MiG-25BM was created as a strike and anti-radar modification based on the MiG-25RB.

Production of the MiG-25BM began in 1977, with 10 aircraft built. The type featured a revised nose containing radar equipment and carried four anti-radar X-58U missiles. These aircraft served with the Soviet Air Force and later with the Russian Air Force, providing a distinctive subject for a 1:72 scale aircraft model.
