ICM's 1:24 scale Model T 1912 Commercial Roadster (HC-ICM24016) recreates one of the most famous cars in history. The real Ford Model T debuted on 27 September 1908 with a four‑cylinder, 22.5 hp engine and became affordable for the middle classes. Mass production began at the Highland Park plant in early 1914, with 15,007,003 cars built by 1927. Among the 1912 variants were open‑top three‑seat commercial roadsters, as represented by this detailed kit.

One of the most numerous and famous cars in world history was the Model T produced by the Ford Motor Company. It became the first mass-production car, helped by being affordable for the middle-classes. The first example of the Model T was built on September 27th, 1908. It had a four-cylinder engine with 22 and a half horsepower. The mass production was launched at the Highland Park Ford Plant, Michigan at the beginning of 1914. They produced 15,007,003 cars from 1908 up to 1927. Model T cars were produced in different types, with some 1912 cars having open-top three-seat commercial roadster bodies.
