What is the difference between this and the KYOSHO back plate set? Do they do the same thing, can you use one instead of the other or do you need both? It just doesn't explain it in the description. Thanks

This one is the back plate for blanking off and removing a pullstart, the other is the backplate that the pullstart fits to .
