ICM Sd.Kfz.223 - German Radio Communication Vehicle, part number HC-ICM72421, is a 1:72 plastic scale model kit. It represents the German light four-wheel-drive armoured vehicle used as a radio communication vehicle by reconnaissance units. The subject was designed by Eisenwerken Weserhütte on the Horch 801/EG chassis, with 550 vehicles produced between 1935 and 1944.

Light two-axle armoured radio vehicles were mainly used in Wehrmacht tank divisions. The Sd.Kfz.223 took part in the Polish and French campaigns before being used during Operation Barbarossa. Difficult road conditions in Russia showed the limited tactical mobility of light armoured cars on challenging terrain, while the type proved more effective in the German Africa Corps.
