Hi, I wanted a ‘Y’ harness for use in a Heewing Ranger T1 to add both motors to one channel. Is this suitable?

yes this splits 1 channel in to 2 outputs, pleae be aware there maybe more to your application though depending on motor rotation etc.

Are these leads compatible with standard servo connections - i.e into a non spectrum receiver with 2 servos connected.

Yes, that'll work - just bear in mind these are Spektrum/JR style connectors (so no small "tag" on the side of the connector)
