Tamiya Ducati Superleggera V4 Racing Kit HC-14143

Tamiya Ducati Superleggera V4 with Racing Kit (HC-14143) is a 1/12 scale model assembly kit depicting the Ducati Superleggera V4 in its circuit configuration. It follows the earlier 1/12 Ducati Superleggera V4 model and adds a boxed Ducati racing kit for building the motorcycle with track-focused equipment.

The racing specification includes an Akrapovič titanium racing exhaust, an open carbon fibre clutch cover and a carbon fibre swingarm cover with titanium slider. The clutch is split into two parts to simplify painting demarcation, while carbon fibre patterns for the cowlings, sections of the exhaust and swingarm cover are represented by decals. Subtle red gradation decals are also included for the bodywork.

Further racing details include side mirror hole covers, a brake lever guard on the right handlebar, a cap on the left handlebar, a racing filler cap and right and left cowling caps. The number plate is removed for the circuit version. Slick tyres and a racing stand complete the model, allowing the finished motorcycle to be presented in its racing form.
