Description
The Cayote TYROTE Rumble 80 1/10 80A waterproof brushed crawler ESC is identified by part number SCH-CYEA21001. It provides four driving modes for different control preferences: forward with brake, forward and reverse with brake, direct forward and reverse, and Real Car Mode. The latter uses an AUX channel to change direction, while the throttle trigger drives or brakes according to the selected direction.
Driving And Setup
Drag brake force can be adjusted from the transmitter while driving, allowing changes for slopes and different crawling terrain without reprogramming the ESC. If the motor polarity is reversed during installation, the motor direction can be changed through the settings instead of rewiring the cables. Qlink and Xlink support provides access to 16 programmable parameters covering running mode, battery type, cut-off voltage, throttle force, braking, drag brake, neutral range, punch rate, PWM drive frequency and other control settings.
The selectable BEC supplies 6V, 7.4V or 8.4V, with continuous 4A and peak 8A output for the receiver, servo and other onboard electronics. This allows the ESC to be used with standard servos or higher-voltage equipment, subject to the requirements of the rest of the installation.
Technical Specifications
- Scale: 1/10
- Continuous current: 80A
- BEC options: 6V, 7.4V and 8.4V
- BEC output: 4A continuous, 8A peak
- Protection rating: IP67
The sealed design has an IP67 protection rating verified under controlled laboratory conditions. Protection performance can reduce through wear, impact or ageing, and the ESC is not intended for prolonged submersion. Built-in protection functions cover low voltage, over-voltage, overheating and throttle signal loss. A fan mounting point is provided for additional cooling during long climbs and technical sections.

Four Driving Modes
More Ways to Crawl
OFFERS FOUR DRIVING MODES
Trail crawling, tight turns, getting unstuck — the fun is in every decision and adjustment. Rumble 80 offers four driving modes, so you can choose what feels right and drive your way.
MODE 1
Forward with Brake
MODE 2
Forward/Reverse with Brake
MODE 3
Direct Forward and Reverse
MODE 4
Real Car Mode
Real Car Mode
Use an AUX channel to switch between forward and reverse. Pull the trigger to drive and push it to brake, regardless of the selected direction. This makes direction control more intuitive and closer to the feel of a real car.

Drag Brake Force
It can also be adjusted in real time from the transmitter, so you can quickly adapt to changing slopes and terrain without stopping to reprogram the ESC.
Motor Polarity Swap
If motor polarity is reversed during installation, switch motor direction through settings without rewiring cables.
16 PROGRAMMABLE PARAMETERS
With Qlink / Xlink support, you can fine-tune power, braking and throttle response to suit your driving style across different terrain.
