ICM Unimog S 404 German Ambulance 1:35 (HC-ICM35138)

The Unimog S 404 served widely with the Bundeswehr thanks to its one-and-a-half-ton payload and excellent cross-country ability. As an ambulance (Krankenkraftwagen), it used standard closed bodies configured to suit different medical roles, from carrying four stretchers to mixed stretcher-and-seat layouts. Wide rear doors aided the loading of patients, while large white circles with red crosses improved identification in the field. Over time, several body variants appeared, differing in details such as roof and window treatments, and around 2,000 ambulance examples were produced.
