The XRay XR302976 X4 Aluminium Shock Holder Rear Active – Lower is a precision upgrade made from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium with a durable black anodised finish. Using shims, it allows finer shock position changes for more precise shock angle increments. All shocks are positioned 3mm lower to improve CG, cornering speed and stability, making the car easier to drive and more resistant to traction rolling.

How It Works

In Fixed mode, the holder behaves like a traditional rigid shock mount. Switching to Active mode by removing the M3x8 screw lets the holder bracket pivot, effectively softening rear suspension dampening. This aids off-power steering response and rotation when grip is high, while shim-based adjustment refines shock angle for consistent handling.
