XRay 2-Way Flow Delrin Pistons 5x1.5/2x1.0 - XR358027

The XRay 2-Way Flow Delrin Shock Piston set (XR358027) provides refined damping control for precise suspension tuning. Each composite moulded piston features five 1.5mm holes and two 1.0mm holes, with a two-way flow design that changes behaviour between upstroke and downstroke for improved handling and jump absorption.

With the rubber valve installed, two holes are closed as the piston travels up; on the downstroke, the valve opens to allow oil to flow through all seven holes. This configuration supports smooth, controlled landings even with a softer shock set-up. Manufactured from specially formulated Delrin composite, the pistons deliver smooth action and durability, while a proven moulding process ensures roundness for consistent movement inside the shock bodies.
