XRay Aluminium Chassis 3mm - Narrow - Swiss 7075 T6

The XRAY Aluminium Chassis 3mm – Narrow – Swiss 7075 T6 (XR331104) is an optional upgrade engineered to enhance cornering performance. Its narrower profile increases chassis flex to generate more traction and steering, while minimising track contact to reduce the sensation of the car “stopping” mid-corner.

CNC‑machined from premium Swiss 7075‑T6 aluminium, the plate is strategically lightened in low‑stress zones to cut weight without compromising strength or rigidity. The engine area is machined so the engine can sit lower when used with an optional engine mount and flywheel, helping reduce the centre of gravity (CG). Bevelled outer edges and countersunk screw holes create a smooth underside, and airflow cut‑outs beneath the engine promote additional cooling.

Provisions are included for graphite reinforcing inserts and additional front and rear balancing weights, allowing you to fine‑tune overall stiffness, chassis balance and CG to suit track conditions.
