XRay T4 20 Aluminium Flex Chassis 2.0mm - Swiss 7075 T6

The XRAY T4’20 Aluminium Flex Chassis 2.0mm (part number XR301002) is a premium touring car chassis plate, CNC-machined from Swiss 7075‑T6 aluminium, black coated and laser engraved. Designed around the centrally positioned layshaft concept, it features a completely updated layout to accommodate the centre drivetrain system and narrow mounts for the long arm suspension.

The ultra-narrow 84mm profile incorporates carefully placed cut-outs to deliver controlled flex for a wide range of traction levels. Main bulkheads are shifted 1mm towards the centre to optimise weight distribution, while integrated mounting holes allow the use of both long arm and short arm suspension holders on the same chassis. A profiled underside reduces ground contact in corners to help maintain speed and consistency.
