The XRAY T4 Aluminium Shock Body (2) – part XR308323 – is a pair of precision replacement shock bodies designed to deliver strength, rigidity and consistent damping. CNC-machined from Swiss 7075-T6 aluminium and finished with a black hard coat, these bodies promote ultra-free piston movement for smooth, repeatable suspension performance.

Each piece is robot-inspected and measured to uphold tight tolerances, with particular attention to the inner diameter for consistency across shocks. XRAY’s fully robotic colour coating line applies an even hard-coat layer, after which every shock body is manually checked with high-precision callipers to verify the stringent specifications.
