The XRay X121 Rear Pod Upper Plate (XR373554) is CNC-machined from 2.5mm premium-grade graphite to provide a strong, precise base for the rear pod assembly. It mounts to the bulkheads using centring pins and four screws, keeping the assembly properly aligned and helping to minimise tweak after impacts on the track.
This graphite upper plate forms the base for the centre shock and the side tubes. In the standard configuration, the side tubes mount to the plate to control pod movement, while an optional side shock can be used if you prefer a single-damper design.
