The XRay X4F Graphite Upper Deck – Split Rear – 2.0mm (XR301076) is the rear section of the two-piece top deck recommended mainly for asphalt tracks. Machined from 2.0mm graphite, it features milled holes for special tweak-free top deck screws. The split layout changes flex compared to the kit deck to deliver more steering response and increased on-power steering.
The two-piece concept lets you tune flex independently between the front and rear, helping you balance traction and steering to suit track conditions.
Tuning Options
- Soft setting: Connect to the motor mount with only one rear screw for maximum flex and steering; the car will be less stable on-power.
- Stiff setting: Use both screws to reduce flex front and rear; mid-corner steering and rotation decrease, improving stability and making the car easier to drive.

The flex characteristic is different than the kit top deck, and the 2 pieces allows for more flex options, which can be adjusted individually between the front and rear.
