XRay XB808 11 Aluminium Chassis Long - Swiss 7075 T6 (3mm) - Hard Coated

The XRay XR351104 long 3mm aluminium chassis is a high-spec replacement chassis plate, suggested for the XRAY XB808 2011 platform. Precision CNC-machined from Swiss 7075‑T6 aluminium and hard coated, it provides a solid foundation with refined weight distribution and a smooth, countersunk underside for consistent performance on demanding tracks.

Centralised placement of internal components improves left–right balance for greater stability and easier handling across jumps and rough sections. Non‑essential material beneath the engine, fuel tank and diffs is removed to reduce weight and lower the centre of gravity while maintaining the desired chassis flex. The downstop setscrew area is reinforced for durability, and strategic machining in low‑stress zones keeps weight to a minimum without compromising rigidity. The hardcoated finish is produced on XRAY’s in‑house, fully robotic line for a uniform, long‑lasting surface.
