Schumacher SCH-U9406 Big Bore Piston – Square – Blank 12.80mm (2) provides a tuning option for drivers seeking a different shock feel. The slightly smaller 12.80mm diameter promotes increased peripheral blow-by around the piston, changing the damping character to favour control and compliance.

This behaviour lets you run smaller-hole piston setups, with the peripheral damping taking on more of the work. According to Schumacher’s team testing, the result is particularly effective on bumpy tracks and in medium to low grip conditions. Supplied as a pair and left blank, each piston can be drilled to your preferred hole pattern and size.
