Guild Lane Jubilee Maker Paint CC-22 in Pale Roundel Blue (500ml), part number GLDJ105025, is a self-levelling, water-based acrylic that dries to a smooth, soft-sheen finish. Pale Roundel Blue Story
In late 1914 the Royal Flying Corps adopted roundels inspired by the French Armée de l’Air to reduce friendly fire incidents, reversing the colour order to align with British markings. Pale Roundel Blue emerged in the 1960s for RAF white anti-flash schemes, developed to reflect some thermal radiation.

Pale Roundel Blue Story
In late 1914, to avoid friendly fire, the Royal Flying Corps adopted the French Arm e de l Air roundels for its aircraft. Since both national flags shared the same red, white and blue, the RFC reversed the colours of the French tricolour cockade.
