The Packard Twelve of the second generation (1933–1939) was the flagship of the Packard range, powered by a V‑shaped 12‑cylinder engine producing 175 hp. Fourteenth Series cars from 1936 included long‑wheelbase Series 1408 closed seven‑seat limousines. Several were purchased for the Soviet Special Purpose Garage, and a specially ordered armoured example was used by I.V. Stalin during the Second World War.

This ICM Packard Twelve (Model 1936) – WWII Soviet LeadersCar with Passengers (5 figures) kit (part number HC-ICM35535) reproduces the luxury limousine with a highly detailed exterior and interior. The set also provides five figures to bring period context to a display, plus a one‑version decal sheet with markings for a Special Purpose Garage vehicle in Moscow, 1945. Precision moulded sprues in quality plastic and clear assembly instructions support a rewarding and accurate build.

The second generation of the Packard Twelve passenger car was manufactured from 1933 to 1939. It became the top model of the Packard company's range. It had a V-shape 12-cylinder engine with 175hp.

The 14th Series cars were in production from 1936. Some cars with a 144-inch wheelbase (Series 1408) had closed 7-seated limousine bodies. Several of these machines were purchased for the Soviet Special Purpose Garage which served the government. A special order armoured car from the United States was used during the Second World War by I.V. Stalin.
