Description
Seagull AeroKote is a high-gloss, BOPET-based polyester covering film for ARTF model aircraft repairs and refurbishment. This Blue + White chequered (3x3cm) finish is supplied as a 2m length, 64cm wide, under part number SEAFL-020-4. A light protective backing helps ensure a clean, dust- and oil-free application, while the film conforms beautifully to balsa, ply and compound curves.
Engineered for longevity, AeroKote combines high tensile strength with an excellent barrier to moisture, fuel and oil. It is temperature and UV stable, helping it maintain its colour and gloss through regular use. A working temperature of 100–130°C is effective for conforming over curves, with an overall 80–130°C working range.
