The XFly F-22 EDF Jet (part number XF117P) brings the iconic Raptor to the twin 40mm EDF class with a streamlined, true-to-scale profile. Supplied without transmitter, receiver or battery, it arrives with a factory-installed twin power system for a clean build and confident performance.
Twin 1413-KV5000 brushless motors, twin 20A ESCs and 12‑blade 40mm fans deliver abundant thrust on a 4S LiPo, supporting fast climbs, rolls and loops, as well as stable high-alpha flight thanks to low wing loading and full-flying horizontal stabilisers. The fixed main landing gear and steerable nose gear make take-off and landing smooth; remove the gear to reduce weight and increase speed, or use the moulded finger grips for easy hand launches. With sensible throttle management, flights of around 3–8 minutes are achievable.
Assembly is quick with no glue required, making it straightforward for intermediate pilots. At 702mm wingspan and 950g flying weight, the F-22 is sized for outdoor flying and responds best to a minimum 5-channel radio setup.

For the purpose of making it as most streamlined and true-to-scale as possible, XFly team equips the F-22 with twin power system setup and reserves scale details including air inlet, cockpit, nozzle and full-flying horizontal stabs.
The factory-installed power system, including twin efficient 1413-KV5000 brushless motors and twin 20A brushless ESCs, paired with a 4S LiPo battery, delivers an abundance of thrust for fast climbs, rolls, loops and endless fun for high alpha flying due to the F-22’s low wing load and full flying stabs. A flight time of around 3-8 mins can be achieved with proper throttle management.
Perfectly fitted landing gear design helps keep the plane lightweight and make take off & landing smooth. Landing gears can be easily removed for more speed and vertical performance while utilizing the molded-in finger grips. Thanks to the F-22’s high alpha capability, you can even get hold of the plane by hand with an ease when landing.
