These are 95mm from centre of hole to centre of hole full length.
Yes they should fit but may need different screws as they are designed as universal fitment.
They would fit but they are much shorter than the originals.
They are assembled we cannot guarantee fitment to the traxxas rally but if the length looks right that should be fine ,but there may be different screws etc needed to fit to the shock tower.
These would be a very close fit yes.

They are likely to have a small amount in from the factory, but you will want to check/top up as required before installation
