The SkyRC Nitro Engine Heater (SCH-SK-600066) uses technology similar to that used in Formula 1, IndyCar and NASCAR to pre-heat your nitro engine to approximately 60–70°C in around 10 minutes, depending on ambient temperature. By warming the crank, con-rod, piston and sleeve evenly before start-up, it helps reduce stress and wear, delivers smoother, easier starting with less strain on your starter box, and can lower fuel consumption during warm-up. Pre-heating the glow plug can also help extend plug life, and it’s ideal for engine break-in by reducing initial “pinch”.

These have an XT60 connector, so for example a 3S LiPo battery that has an XT60 connector would be ideal.
Any 3S LiPo will do - just be aware these do not have low voltage detection so you will need to ensure you don't drain the voltage too low.
