Yes this comes with a sticker set.
The chassis for this is discontinued but you can use the traxxas slash ultimate 4x4 chassis but you will need to use the bumpers and body fittings from the traxxas rally ...It is a big job and the slash ultimate is not available as a kit.

It's not a direct bolt on. It may well be possible - but you'd need to have a good look through the Rally manual to see which parts are different between the two models - I suspect it'll be more than just body mounts
