ITALERI RAF Jaguar T.2 Trainer

The Italeri RAF Jaguar T.2 Trainer (HC-1470) highlights the Royal Air Force’s two-seat trainer version of the Anglo-French Jaguar ground-attack aircraft. Operated by the RAF until the mid-to-late 2000s, the type established a reputation for longevity and operational effectiveness.

Powered by twin turbojet engines capable of exceeding Mach 1.6, the Jaguar family undertook complex missions across demanding theatres, including the Balkans and Iraq. The T.2 variant served for operational conversion of RAF pilots and also retained a secondary capability for ground-attack and close-support tasks. Unlike the single-seat version, the T.2 was armed with a single 30 mm Aden cannon.
