Description
The ICM Kapitän 2-door Saloon (HC-ICM35476) is a 1:35 scale plastic model kit of the WWII German staff car based on Opel’s pre-war Kapitän. With crisp moulding, a four-version decal sheet and clear instructions, it offers an engaging build for military vehicle modellers.
The real Kapitän was produced from 1938 to 1940 with 25,370 cars completed, including 3,422 closed two-door saloons. At the start of the war many were requisitioned for service by the Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe, seeing use on both Western and Eastern fronts through to the end of World War II.
