Hi, I am looking for a new controller for my son's Ftx Comet. What would you recommend? The parts list suggest either a Ftx9105 or ET1106. Do you have either in stick and would I need to replace the receiver within the car?? Thanks, Steve.

Yes you can do this if you go for a better transmitter which has "model memory". Something like the ET1116 or AB-2000002 as starting points
