Will this work with the scx-30
      Thad Duvall / 25th March 2026

No it will not, there is not a stick transmitter for those as it has a 2 in 1 esc and receiver so the esc, receiver, servo and transmitter would need to be swapped.

      Hi, are both gimbals self-centering?
      Jason / 4th June 2022

      yes they are.

      Steve W @ Wheelspin Models
Hi can this set up be used to turn lights on and off on a rc car cheers Planet TS2+2 4 Channel Stick Transmitter With 6 Channel Receiver
      Marc Bacon / 17th March 2021

Yes, no reason why you couldn't do that with a controller such as GTP0113 plugged into the extra channels

      Ben @ Wheelspin Models
Will this work with a maverick ion dt 1/18 Many thanks Dave
      Dave / 17th January 2021

It won't bind to your existing 2-in-1 unit so no , sorry

      Ben @ Wheelspin Models
Hi, I am restoring a standard tamiya falcon and have not used an R C car in thirty years so for a basic controller would this, or even the radiolink t8fb do the job. Thanks.
      Dan / 29th June 2020

Yes this would work fine. Better than the radiolink as that's an aero radio

      Ben @ Wheelspin Models
hi i am looking for a transmitter and receiver to suit a tamiya 1/14 scale truck with a three speed gears 2 channel thanks Stuart
      Stuart / 3rd June 2020

Take a look at C501003 which is ideal

      Ben @ Wheelspin Models
Hi how far is the range on these
      Andy / 30th May 2020

Not quoted but should be several hundred metres or more (you won't see the car!)

      Ben @ Wheelspin Models
Hi , will this only bind with the Proteus receiver supplied or can I use any 2.4ghz receiver..
      Ray Cunningham / 23rd November 2019

You will need to stay with the same brand for this to work.

      Anthony @ Wheelspin Models
Will this work with an RC plane which uses yaw, roll, pitch and throttle controls?
      Christian Lincoln / 16th November 2019

No this is designed for use with surface models only.

      Anthony @ Wheelspin Models
Hi guys, Re the (Planet TS2+2 stick Tx) any idea how many model memory this has (how many cars i can use it with if i purchase extra receivers) and how many meters range it has? Cheers, Dan
      Dan / 1st November 2019

These are a basic system so don't have a model memory - they'll bind to one receiver at a time.

Range isn't quoted but should be at least several hundred metres
