Fast trax hand held starter 12v
This I assume is designed to turn a nitro engines fly wheel from under the car?

These are normally for areo engines, if you looking to start a car from the flywheel you would use a starter box like this FAST555

I would not use this one but look more at one that works from the spinner such as 4444300

How big is the wheel on this and could it be used to bump start a nitro car as thats what I'm looking at it for

We don't have the exact dimensions, but yes - it's designed for exactly that - bump starting nitro cars from the flywheel.
