Bandai Gunpla 1/48 RX-78-2 Gundam Kit HC-MK58890

Bandai Gunpla 1/48 RX-78-2 Gundam, part number HC-MK58890, is a full-assembly model kit from the Gundam franchise. This large-scale kit is intended to be assembled by the modeller, providing a project centred on the RX-78-2 Gundam design.

Its detailed form supports painting and customisation, allowing the finished model to be presented as a personal interpretation of the character. The 1/48 scale makes this a display subject for Gundam fans and collectors, with the size providing scope to work on the model’s surface details during the build.

The kit is described as suitable for advanced modellers and can be approached as a focused construction project, followed by painting or other customisation work according to the modeller’s chosen finish. It represents the RX-78-2 Gundam in a large-scale format for those looking to build and showcase a science-fiction model.
