Just wanted to know the bore size as I'm after a 5mm bore 48pitch and roughly 20 tooth pinion

This is 3.2mm shaft, there is not many companies that make a 48dp pinion with a 5mm shaft as the overall size of the pinion is small and a bigger hole for the shaft would weaken the pinions.

Is this the correct tooth profile for a Kraton Exb?

No. The 6S EXB uses 1 Mod pinions - eg say ARA310480
