ASM Pitts Special (Red) ARTF

Following the huge success of the original Advanced Scale Models Pitts Special, this new version comes in a terrific new colour scheme. Designed for 1.20 size four strokes, it spans almost 1600mm (62.5") and features the same construction techniques as the other ASM models shown here with the fuselage factory finished from a combination of carbon tube reinforced balsa and ply components `wrapped' in a moulded plastic `skin'. The result is a strong, lightweight structure with a great scale appearance.

The wings and tail surfaces are factory built using conventional balsa and ply components then covered and trimmed in film. Final assembly time is hours not weeks without compromise to its spectacular flying.
