The Team Associated RC8B4.2E Team Kit 1:8 Buggy (AS80955) advances the proven RC8 platform for demanding 1:8 off-road competition. Developed by Associated Electrics’ Area 51, this electric 4WD kit focuses on tunability, durability, and consistent performance for racers who demand precision.

Key updates include new height-adjustable gearboxes, revised rear hub geometry, and a high-volume centre differential for improved traction and fade resistance. A high-downforce wing, FT hard-anodised aluminium shock bushings, and an adjustable weight-bias chassis further refine handling. The centralised drivetrain is optimised for shorty-style batteries, with a secure adjustable tray and hook-and-loop retention.
