The Belair Kits A-BA017 Nieuport 11 Bébé is a 25 inch span electric scale kit of the famous French World War I single-seat sesquiplane, credited with ending the Fokker Scourge in 1916. Designed by Gustave Delage and reimagined for modern builders, this compact project blends classic subject matter with precise, contemporary kit production.
Drawn exclusively for Belair by Peter Rake, the kit features a full CAD plan with constructional details and intricate laser-cut parts in graded balsa and plywood. The additional imagery highlights the many small components included, such as control horns, interplane struts and shaped trailing edges pre-slotted for ribs. A comprehensive build manual and a bill of materials are supplied to support an enjoyable, accurate build.
Optimised for 40W electric outrunners and 3-channel radio (motor, rudder and elevator), the Nieuport 11 makes an excellent scale project in a manageable size. Note that all electronics, covering and finishing details are required to complete.

The Nieuport 11, nicknamed the Bébé, was a French World War I single seat sesquiplane fighter aircraft, designed by Gustave Delage.
It was the primary aircraft that ended the Eindekker's "Fokker Scourge" in 1916.
Designed for 40 watt electric motors, the Nieuport 11 features a full CAD plan with constructional details, and intricate laser cut parts in graded balsa and plywood.
