Can you please advise me on what plug is supplied on the ESC for connecting to the receiver (I have an FMS Moa RTF and planning to use the supplied radio gear)

These have a mini Tamiya connector.

No, these do not include a receiver - however you could easily fit a Spektrum receiver and then bind to your chosen Spektrum handset.
