The Dragon 1/6 SAS 4x4 Desert Raider (HC-D75038) is a large-scale model kit depicting the British Special Air Service adaptation of the iconic American 1/4-ton 4x4 truck used in North Africa. A follow-up to Dragon’s 1/4-Ton 4x4 Truck (Item No. 75020), this edition captures the distinctive look of a desert-modified reconnaissance vehicle with crisp, accurate detail.

Configured for long-range operations behind enemy lines, the SAS variant is shown heavily laden with jerry cans for extra fuel and water. To cope with the extreme heat, the front grille is removed and a water condenser is fitted. Firepower is represented by fast-firing Vickers K machine guns, with both a single mount and a twin mount ready for action against ground or aerial threats. The result is an impressive 1/6 representation that reflects the purposeful stance and equipment of these famous desert raiders.
