The Estes Rascal/HiJinks E2X Launch Set (D-ES1499) delivers twice the fun with two ready-to-fly model rockets and a complete launch system. Both rockets stand 356 mm tall with plastic fins and recover via bright 30.5 cm parachutes. With suggested compatibility with Estes standard rocket motors, flights can reach up to a projected 1,200 feet, then return gently for quick turnaround between launches.

Rascal and HiJinks share the same overall dimensions but feature differing fin combinations to keep launches varied and engaging. Minimal prep and no painting are required (unless you choose to customise), making this an excellent set for newcomers and seasoned flyers alike.

With the Rascal/Hi Jinks Launch set, you get twice the rockets and twice the fun, all in one self-contained set. Also, these ready-to-fly rockets require no building or painting (unless you want to), so the fun starts all the sooner too!

Both 356mm tall, but with differing fin combinations to ring the changes, these superb rockets will launch to a height of 1,200 feet using Estes standard rocket motors and are then recovered using their 30.5cm brightly coloured parachutes, before being readied for another launch.

LAUNCH SYSTEM includes Astron II Launch Controller and Astron II Launch Pad.

Rascal/ Hi Jinks require rocket motors, igniters and recovery wadding to operate.

To complete a launch set, model rocket engines, igniters, recovery wadding are required, together with 4 x AA batteries for the Launch Controller. These items are sold separately - unless otherwise specified.

We have lost both of our rockets (in trees!) from the Estes Rocket - Rascal/HiJinks E2X Launch Set. Can you advise an alternative rocket only to replace. Also, I'm just about to buy my 5th BlackZon Slyder for another. Fantastic value for money for what you get in my view.

i want to get the estes hi-jinks / rascal kit. your site says i'll need wadding, motors and igniters separately, but you only seem to offer the possibility of adding motors and wadding to the order - what about the igniters? do you sell those also?

The igniters come with the motor packs, however if you need some more you can order under part D-ES2302
