The maintenance stand from Fastrax has a number of neat features that sets it apart from the crowd. The rotating top shelf can be locked in to position alloweing you to perform tasks without the foam padded plate moving.

One side features a shock building stand for up to 4.5mm shaft size shocks The other side has a magnetic strip which you can attach screws and tools so they don't roll off the table.

Hmm, whilst they are probably strong enough - they are only really designed for 1:10 or 1:8 cars so you'll probably find the wheels on a 1:5 will touch the floor...
