Description
The FMS Beaver 800mm Yellow - PNP, part number FMS155PYL, is a 2S-powered, four-channel EPO foam RC aircraft based on the de Havilland Canada DHC-2 Beaver. Its high-wing layout provides a stable training platform, while the scale appearance, aerobatic capability and compact 800mm wingspan make it suitable for a range of flying styles. The yellow colour scheme follows the appearance of the full-size bush plane.
This PNP aircraft arrives with the brushless motor, ESC and digital servos installed, reducing the assembly required before flying. The 3850KV brushless motor is matched to 2S operation, while the steerable tail wheel supports ground handling. The steel wire landing gear features scale-style fairings, and the airframe includes details such as the radial engine, fuselage rivet lines, antenna and main wing struts.
A knob-style quick-release wing mechanism allows the wings to be fitted or removed without tools, making the model easier to transport and store. The clip-lock battery cover is designed to retain the battery during flight. An FPV camera slot is factory installed in the top of the main wing, offering suggested compatibility with a 25mm analogue AIO camera; FPV equipment is not included. The aircraft is also designed for short take-offs of around 3 metres and can be used as a park flyer where the flying area is limited.
