Description
The FTX Banzai Drift - RTR brings authentic street-style drifting to 1/10 scale with a proven platform and fully equipped electronics. Modelled around the popular FTX Vantage and Carnage design, this shaft-driven 4WD chassis arrives factory assembled with waterproof electronics and a 2.4GHz radio system for dependable control in varied conditions. A pre-printed S15-style body sits over a moulded tub chassis featuring metal-geared front and rear differentials, oil-filled adjustable shocks and a centre slipper clutch to help protect the drivetrain. Front CVA universal driveshafts, full ball bearings and adjustable turnbuckles allow you to fine-tune handling, while blue anodised aluminium components add a quality finish. Hard-compound drift tyres on scale-finish wheels deliver consistent slides out of the box.

Take to the streets with FTX’s new Banzai drift chassis. Modeled around the hugely popular FTX Vantage and Carnage platform, the Banzai brings Japanese drift styling to the entry level Ready-To-Run arena.
Featuring a 4wd shaft driven design with front and rear metal-geared differentials, the Banzai is 99% complete from the box. Blue anodized aluminium components add a little style to the chassis along with the functionality of oil filled adjustable shock absorbers, front CVA universal driveshafts, ball bearings, adjustable suspension turnbuckles for tuning and a centre drive slipper to protect the transmission.
A waterproof electronic speed control, servo and receiver allow for use in a wide range of conditions and the 2.4ghz radio provides interference free signal no matter where you are.
Topped off and finished with an S15 style pre-printed drift body and a hard compound drift tyre on scale finish wheels, the Banzai is the perfect introduction to sideways street action!

This will use a standard 540 sized motor with a 3.2mm shaft.
This is about the quickest 3s system TRX3350R
Speeds are not quoted on drift cars as they spin the wheels constantly so do not grip enough to produce high speeds.
4wd will be faster and better at putting power down , tyre wise we would use these SCH-RU0569 or these SCH-JR-34RY
Yes, they are just a standard touring car wheel with 12mm hex fitment, so a wide variety of wheels and tyres are available.
Yes you can run a 7.4v however just be aware it can cause excess wear on the stock electonics.
any standard 1/10 touring car body will fit this chassis.
You would need to put the correct mounting holes in the body shell, but yes it will fit that car

These are on a 540 I believe
On the stock battery and charger it would be around 6 hour charge time and around 10-15 minute runtime.
With a fast charger, it'll be around 45-55 min charge time and better batteries will give up to around 30 mins run time
Yes you can fit other 1/10 touring car bodies on to this chassis.
This takes standard 200mm bodies.
You can adjust the camber by adjusting the top links on the suspension arms.
It's not a licensed body, so it's not a true copy of anything really. It still looks cool though!
