The FTX Carnage Brushless 2.0 (FTX5539) is a long-standing favourite for hassle-free, brushless off-road fun. This 1/10 scale 4WD RTR truck arrives 99% ready-to-run and now benefits from updated electronics and hardware, including an Etronix Photon 3.0 50A brushless speed control paired with a Photon KV2950 brushless motor and a Voltz 2S 3250mAh LiPo battery. An updated front bumper with six mounted LED lights adds extra strength and visibility, while the latest 4ch Etronix Pulse radio with an antenna-less receiver is installed as standard.
Big bore oil-filled shocks, double wishbone suspension and a moulded tub chassis deliver dependable handling. Front and rear differentials with metal bevel, crown and pinion output gears, plus a slipper clutch, help manage the brushless power. The drivetrain features 4WD shaft drive and front universal CVA driveshafts, with fully adjustable suspension and turnbuckles to fine-tune your setup. A wide range of option parts is available for future upgrades.

A long-standing favourite within the FTX range, the Carnage Brushless 2.0 is an ideal start up into lipo powered, brushless motor off road fun!
Featuring new body graphics, the 2.0 now comes standard with an updated Etronix Photon 50A brushless speed control providing improved feel and control. The latest 4ch Etronix Pulse radio with antenna less receiver is now mounted as standard. The same Photon 2950kv brushless motor and Voltz 2S 3250mAh Lipo battery complete the power package.
A new, updated front bumper with six mounted LED lights also provides additional strength and bracing to the front of the chassis. Big bore oil filled shock absorbers and double wishbone suspension look after each corner, while front and rear differentials with metal bevel, crown and pinion output gears handle the brushless power.
Furthermore, this all round package can be upgraded with a wide selection of aftermarket option parts to bring your ride to the next level!

Run time is around 20-25 minutes depending on how hard you are on the throttle and the surfaces used on , charge time with the free charger is 4 hours.

I'm afraid the brushless version only comes in that colour, although there are several other bodies available for the Carnage.
It will be a good bit faster than the brushed version but is a good entry level brushless vehicle.
Stock statuses are below the add to cart button , they are a good beginner truck yes.
It is 2s lipo max if you use 3s you void all warranties so it is not recommended. If you want to run 3s i would go for this FTX5497
You would require a 3s capable system like this: ROBR01250
Along with this battery: VZ0341
Then just a 3s capable charger. You may find the stock tyres also struggle over time.
We always advise against the beach for running these cars.
