Hi Do you sell chargers that fit a mini tamiya connector?

No, however do the very useful ET0821 adapter lead which will adapt from full size Tamiya down to mini tamiya.

 

You can then use a charger such as FS-NX84 or RDNA0465

Not really - you'd want a full size stick pack eg VZ0010 or EP3000S
