My son has a tracer that the screw that holds the rear wheel on has snapped leaving half the screw in hub would I need this part to fix the car

Those are the axles for the tracer so if that is what he has broken that should sort it out.

These are just the replacement axles so you would use the original tracer hexs on these from your car.
