The FTX Tracer Truggy (FTX5577) is a compact 1/16 scale 4WD RTR in a striking green finish, built for off-road fun. A 390 brushed motor and micro 7.4V 700mAh 2S Li‑Ion battery deliver lively performance, while a handy speed switch helps new drivers stay in control. Shaft-driven four-wheel drive, front and rear geared differentials, and coil-sprung shocks keep the Tracer composed across rough terrain.
Splashproof electronics and a plug-in front LED light set add versatility for damp conditions and low-light driving. With double wishbone suspension, front CVA driveshafts and low-friction bearings, the Tracer is smooth, responsive and ready to bash, jump and explore.

Get ready for some big r/c off road action from the pocket rocket Tracer Truggy from FTX. The perfect entry into a world of r/c fun, the Tracer features coil sprung shock absorbers with moultiple mounting points, double wishbone suspension and front universal driveshafts for smooth suspension movement while steering through the ruff stuff. Shaft driven 4WD and with geared differentials front and rear provide traction in all conditions.
Powered by a 390 sized brushed motor and micro 700mAh 2S Li-Ion battery, the Tracer is fast and nimble....perfect for bashing, jumping and more! For those that are new to r/c cars we have included a speed switch to help dial the speed of the Tracer and make it more manageable for new drivers.
Fancy some dusk driving as the light fades? Just plug-in the supplied front LED bumper lights to light the way.
With a choice of two bodyshell colour schemes as well as a Tracer Truck on the same platform you can even bash with friends and family!

Runtimes are not quoted due to many factors but we usually see around 15 minutes +
With the standard charger the original battery will take 30 Mins to charge
The Upgrade battery will take 1 hour on the same charger.
No they will be fine as they both run the 2.4 Ghz technology.
